Rasam (Saru) Powder

 Method: Roast these ingredients separately and once cooled, make powder:

NOTE: 1 cup = 128 grams

- 128g red chillies (guntur)

- half cup red chillies (byadge)

- 1 1/4 cup coriander seeds

- 3 tbsp methi seeds

- 3 tbsp cumin seeds

- 3 tbsp black pepper

- 3 tbsp mustard

- 1/2 sp hing

- 1 tsp turmeric

- 1.5 cups curry leaves
