Chutney

Ingredients:
Green chillies, curry leaves, cillantro, ginger, hing, tamarind, coconut, hurgadle, peanuts, salt

Method:
Roast a handful of peanuts and peel the skin
Grind these ingredients:
5 green chillies
1 inch ginger (grated)
half bunch cillantro
few curry leaves
roasted peanuts
1 tbsp hurgadle
2 tbsp coconut
1/2 tsp hing
1/4 tsp tamarind
salt
